  • Lead by example; set the standard for your team
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and respect for others
  • Oversee and supervise all aspects of your garage or parking operation
  • Perform financial management, maintain strict revenue control, and accurately complete reports for your facility as required
  • Ensure safety and risk prevention
  • Perform timely execution of each task as requested by your Site Manager
  • Mentor team members through ongoing coaching and training with the help of your Site Manager
  • Foster a positive and supportive culture to encourage growth opportunities for team members
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends (when necessary)
  • Supervise the maintenance and cleanliness of your facility, and maintain a professional work area
  • Maintain the ability to create and sustain positive relationships with clients, customers, and fellow Pilgrim team members
  • Ensure all team members provide exceptional customer experiences to every customer
  • Ensure Pilgrim’s uniform policy is adhered to in your facility
  • Must have a positive attitude and enthusiasm for the job in order to contribute to a professional, accepting, and family-oriented team.


  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Be able to pass a criminal background check, RMV check, and a drug screen
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • 2 years supervisory experience preferred


  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willingness to go the extra mile for customers and clients
  • A positive attitude and strong leadership skills
  • Ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English
  • Ability to create an environment of idea sharing and creative problem solving, and coach team members in order to facilitate their success
  • Ability to work independently

Physical Demands include, but are not limited to:

  • Frequently reaching, standing, turning, walking, running, reading and lifting/carrying objects 10 to 35 lbs. up several flights of stairs
  • Ability and willingness to work in inclement weather

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time Weekends
